모란꽃 은칠보 호리병 도원색 Peony Silver Cloisonné Gourd-Shaped Vase

부귀와 화목을 상징하는 모란꽃을 채만의 감각적인 파스텔톤으로 표현했습니다.  예로부터 호리병은 입구가 좁고 몸통이 넓어 '복은 한 번 들어오면 빠져나가지 않고, 액운은 빨아들여 가두는' 길조의 상징으로 여겨졌습니다. 이러한 호리병의 형태에 부귀를 뜻하는 모란을 더한 이 작품은 소장하는 것만으로도 가정에 평안과 번영을 불러오는 특별한 오브제가 되어줄 것입니다.

This gourd-shaped vase is a masterpiece of Silver Chilbo (Korean Enameling), created by layering the brilliance of "seven precious jewels" onto a body of meticulously hammered pure silver. The Chilbo glaze applied over the silver base produces a deep, translucent luster, as if light is radiating from within a gemstone.
